I referred my renter but he told me that he does not get credits for new signup? Reply

I sent him an e-mail through the site earlier today.
When he registered it stated "one per family".

    can this be corrected?

We share the same internet connection but not the same computer.

    His ID number is 403755.

    Thanks

I have the same problem. My co-worker referred me to this site. When I signed up, it didn't give me credit for new account as well. It had the same error message :one per household. I also asked my other co-worker to try, the same problem occurred.
I guess their system reads same IP address as "household". I emailed them, but hasn't heard anything back from them yet.
I just stopped referring to my other co-workers.

They do read the same IP adress as the same "household"
I read in another post that someone had this problem at work, as someone from their office had already signed up. They gave them the credits though

I would still reffer your co-works, just tell them they can't logg in for the first time until they are home as that would be a new IP adress
