at least response to email sent or update on order Reply

    I placed an order for a photobook on July 26, and got an email later after a week or so saying it will be delay. I can understand that, but it has been 3 weeks and i have tried to contact using the contact on website many times with no response for nearly a week. This is the first time my order has been delay and not getting any customer services. By any chance i can get an update on things?? thanks.

    >I ordered my book on the 25th July and it is still 'processing' - I have more to order, but am wondering, if there is such a backlog, is there any point at the moment. An update from artscow would be good!!
