i ordered a 7x5photo book on oct 14.it still says the order as processing.
i ordered 9 custom canvas n my order status says that order was shipped on oct 18 but till date i dint even receive my order
n i ordered a 12x12 Photo book on oct 28 it still says as processing.
i mailed 4 times to artscow but they say we r processing
i am a new user n i don know whether it takes the same time only for me or for everyone
i am losing interest to order from artscow bcoz of his delay.
i am excited to see my orders but cant wait this much of time
can anyone please help

I hope you get a GOOD response quickly (after the weekend I guess).
I just ordered a bunch of 5x7 photo books in a few separate orders the beginning of November and all but one have shipped now.
I have had times when someone else in my family places an order after me and theirs processes and ships faster, but mine is usually not too far behind.
I hope that at least your 5x7 photo book is on it's way within 24 hours.
Some things definitely take longer than others.

Yep, i just hit 3 weeks and 1 day for some of my stuff. Hopefully it will come this week as some of the items are for a Birthday party this weekend. Not sure how much longer it will take. I did notice the processing time for my umbrella was the longest.
Every item is different.
