Artscow does not stand behind a quality product and offers no customer service Reply

    I received my 5 calendars before Xmas. The colors are super saturated. I have provided Artscow with a picture showing the terrible colors. My picture is not sufficient to Artscow. It wants me to photograph specific months of all 5 calendars. I say that if even only 1 month (in fact colors are terrible for at least 6 months)is incorrectly printed, the calendars should be redone.
    Artscow does not stand behind the quality of its product and is ignoring my claim.

    I agree you are right, one month should be enough to redo the whole order. Pathetic really that they feel the need to find excuses when something goes wrong!
    I also have issues with their customer service.
    I hope they come around at some point and fix it for you!
