    I placed my order on 11/27 and it still shows it is processing. The note on your website said that if you ordered before 12/2, you would most likely get your order before Christmas, so I thought I was ordering in time.

    My order # is 3262635. I have emailed customer service 5 times and have been told they cannot check the status of my order now that is "processing."

    Help! I ordered 19 calendars and they are Christmas presents. I have been ordering steadily from Artscow for over 3 years now.

    Has your Order shipped? I ordered 4 photo books for my wife on Dec 2nd for Christmas and still haven't heard a thing...severely bummed
