Co-worker attempt to register

I had a coworker attempt to register on your site from my computer and he did't receive his credits. We work in the same office and I was on your site and he attempted to register and was denied his credits. He has he own computer, do he need to register from his computer? His name is ken and email is kmim@charter.net.
