Where are my prints?

So, I ordered a couple of 12x14 prints on July 3, and here we are on July 16, and nothing. It says shipped, but that's as far as it gos. I'm almost afraid of how long it will take for my photo books to get here.
I'm in Texas. Is this normal?

hi Sam,
Your shipping address is incorrect, all of your three shipments will be returned back to us, it takes some times.
please update your latest shipping address here, once it got return back to us, we will arrange re-shipment for you at once. It takes about 25 days to get the shipment return back to us, and another 7-10 business days for shipment again to your new address, so, be patient on that.
Be careful next time. How come you NEVER check the shipping address when you place an order?
You are the only one with such problem out of 10,000 orders in last month.

Wow, only one out of 10,000?
I could swear that I entered it correctly, because, how could the credit card charge if the information was incorrect?
I assumed it was a glitch on your end, especially since there was no number on the address line, just a name. I also hoped you would use the provided telephone number if the order looked out of place, but maybe you guys have so many go through that you cant inspect each order placed.
I really appreciate you responding to the question, and I will indeed be patient. I am looking forward to seeing all of my orders in the coming months.

I really appreciate you getting near to the problem, and I will indeed be individual. I am awaiting seeing all of my purchases in the arriving a few several weeks.
