Problem: when I drag photos to some frames

Problem: when I drag photos to some frames on the calendar they are check marked that they are loaded but theh frame had the word "empty" pop up in it. I have my calendar 90% done but several frames continue to pop up with the word empty. How can I fix this?

This problem occurred at there was a glitch when uploading photos from October through December 2018 she see the below assistance from Artscow. Hope this helps.
To resolve the issue, please go to https://www.artscow.com/member/imagerepair.aspx and check the images. Then, please follow the instruction to reupload the images (in a new folder). After that, please go to https://www.artscow.com/member/imagerepair.aspx again and click 'Repair Images' to repair. Once you repair all images, it will show '0 images has error'. Design with those error images will be fixed once the images are repaired and you can place the order. Please do not delete previous uploaded files or otherwise the designs will be affected.
