Tote Bag Straps Dimensions?

Does anyone know what the measurements are for the straps on the tote bags?
Specifically the 16x16 tote?

Was given this link to find it myself: http://www.artscow.com/Member/RecommendImageSize.aspx
Not only is the list ridiculously long but I was given no way to find the item.
Coincidentally there are NO measurements given for any of the straps on the custom totes I want.
There should be measurements for every graphic we need to upload including straps.

Jupey,
I measured the straps on my 16" x 16" Grocery Tote: the total length is 22" and the width is 1". This includes the portion that is sewn to the tote and is not visible when carried. The portion of the strap that is visible measures approximately 21" in length. Hope this is of some help.
