How Does Getting The Free Prints Work: For New Customers?

I have been looking over your site, and it looks really interesting to me. I have so many digital pictures sitting on my computer and disks! I am unclear how a new customer goes about getting their free prints: and the photo book mentioned. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Debbie
