Photos don't appear in photobook designer

Hi
I'm halfway into designing my photobook, but since midnight (GMT+8) I can't view pictures that I've already loaded onto the photobook. Is this a technical problem? I've already cleared my cache and even used another browser but to no avail..
Help!

This has happened before and is most likely a technical issue. Don't fret and come back to it later. Post a message in the Letters to CEO thread - or rather first check to see if anybody else has reported a similar problem and if so respond to their post so that the programmers can see that it is affecting more than one person.

I am having the same problem. My coupon expires in 15 hours and I need to get two albums done. Hope it is fixed soon.

Last time I was able to get Berry to extend some coupons. I see there are threads starting to pop up w/ people having the same problems. The key is to all stick together and voice your concerns and ask for extensions.

We are so busy and when I do get time to get to work on my projects, something is wrong with artscow. (cant download pictures, won't let you move items on your page, etc. Please fix this ASAP. We love your products or we wouldn't be back trying again.

I am having the same trouble. I am trying to load photos into artscow. I load 20 photos, maybe three load. The rest go to neverneverland! I try to load one photo- nothing happens. Help! I have been working with this since this morning!! I am also on a deadline with only a few hours to go.

POST IN THE LETTERS TO CEO FORUM SO THAT THE PROGRAMMERS WILL NOTICE.
This has happened before. You are best off in numbers. I asked for an extension before & had people back me & got a good response. You just need to all stick together.
It would help if you would respond to the post Brooke already started, state the problem and make any requests. Just trying to help from past experience and response from Berry.
