Trouble creating shower curtain

I am trying to creat a shower curtain, but when I click on Create It I get a blank page. Is there something I need to download in order to create items? I have never ordered from Artscow. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Kim,
Sorry for the late reply. You need to install Silverlight 4.0 to start the designer. Thank you!
