My 8" x 8" Photo Book Came! (Pics Included)

I received my ArtsCow photo book a few weeks ago, and I must say, I'm impressed. I own several Shutterfly photo books and did a detailed side-by-side comparison. I really don't see any difference at all, except the ArtsCow book has 10 more pages and costs less. I'm thrilled with it and will be getting my photo books here from now on.

THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING BOOK I HAVE SEEN SO FAR! CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO UPLOAD DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING PAGES?

Awww... thank you! That's very nice of you to say. :)
Do you mean how to upload them to this site? I just saved them as .jpgs and uploaded them like I would any other photo. Then I dragged and dropped each layout onto a page in my photo book.
If that's not what you were asking, let me know and I'll try to help. :)

What is the size of the pages you made. Is it just 8x8 or do you make it bigger?

Actually, they're saved as 12x12" layouts. I just uploaded them at that size, and when I dragged and dropped them into the 8x8" photobook, they pretty much resized themselves. I just clicked Zoom Out one click and they fit perfectly! :)

I have to agree they are really really nice!... no actually gorgeous!! GREAT WORK and thanks heaps for sharing!!

What digital software program where you using for this? It wasn't part of artscow was it? I'm new to artscow, but when looking at the designs, this definitely wasn't one that I saw. Your book looks amazing!!!!!

No, it is not done using artscow software... it is digital scrapping. I'm not sure what software Allison used in particular but you can use any photo editting software to do this... photoshop, photohouse, printshop, etc. You put the page together then save it and upload it as a photo and drop it on your page.

Georgeous book!!!! Did you have any problems with your images getting cropped a little on the edges? I did at shutterfly until I realized they have a downloadable template with guidelines that showed where they crop. Does artscow have any templates? Also, did you have any problems with elements (like journaling text) being too small when you reduced it to 8x8?

Oh, this is lovely. I think I will try this. I have lots of scrap pages saved.
Just wondering do you have a "theme" to the pages and yes, also wondering if the edges will get cut off.
