Berry customer service is not responding to my e-mails can you help? Reply

    Dear Berry, please help me since customer service is not replying to my e-mails. My scrapbook pages ordered 10/23 never arrived and a replacment order was generated
    on November 13 order number 1353384

    These pages arrived before Christmas but were printed on 12 x 14 instead of 12 x 12, as a result the machine zoomed my images to fill the page and cut off about 20 mm of the design on the sides The pages are useless and are not the product I ordered.

    I sent Customer service photos of the pages next to a ruler and they issued replacement order 1485945. This has still not arrived.

    I requested a free 12 x 12 book code because the pages ordered October 23rd and re-ordered on November 13 did not arrive as ordered. Customer service replied that "terms and conditions applied". I have asked them why they think the order does not qualify for the guarantee but they have not responded to 2 e-mails. I am being ignored and I don't understand why. If you guarantee a product before Christmas and send me something different than what I ordered then of course you need to replace the order, but you also need to honor your guarantee. It's not as if I could use the product you sent me in a gift! They had to be thrown away as the designs were cut off.

    Please honor your guarantee, the product which arrived was NOT what I ordered, I cannot use the pages because the desings are cut off and I still don't have my scrapbook pages. Please also note that I have an email which listed a free 40 page 12 x 12 book and that was what I expected when I placed my orders before November 30th. All my other orders arrived before Christmas and I am happy with them.

    Thank you and please, please get your customer service people to respond to emails so I don't have to bother you!

    Happy to post here that customer service credited my account with the book as per the Christmas guarantee. The replacement scrapbook pages arrived today and are perfect.

    I too have had pretty fast deliveries, magnets ordered less than a week ago and shipped 6th January arrived today, 9th January.
    Also, when I went through email rather than the contact us form I got a virtually instant response with my account credited with 12 x 12's for the gifts which didn't arrive pre christmas. Thanks Artscow
