13 days order not shipped yet?! Anyone else having this issue?

I placed my order on Dec 1st. Payment has been processed since that date, yet still no shipping confirmation. Contacted customer service they said the Dec 3rd cut off was just a "recommended" date and they cant guarantee it will arrive by Xmas and no clue when it will ship. Is anyone else seeing this long for shipping??

Having the same problem as you, place my order on the 1st of Dec... still it didn't got shipped, email and chat with them and they just keep telling me to wait and wait, nothing when it will be shipped... I am so let down, and they can be so rude in the chats...

Yes they can be :/ I guess I feel like I was misled by the "cut off" date for Christmas delivery seeing now Im told it is just a suggestion and not a guarantee. If they were that far behind processing orders they shouldnt even have bothered posting a cut off date when they knew they would not be getting orders sent out in time regardless. Thanks for letting me know its not just my order & I hope you get your order in time!!

I hope by some help, your order will be in time... did your order got shipped already? i am still waiting for mine to even change to get shipped, seems like every time I am asking, i am getting rude answer and even longer waiting time for it to be shipped out...

No my order is still showing "processing". Its been 20 days and not one item has shipped from the order. There is no way this is making it by Christmas so that Dec 3rd cut off date was total BS. I could have ordered from Zazzle.com and had the stuff in time. They shouldnt have on thier site that it takes 5-7 days to process if it really takes over 20, thats an outright lie to thier customers. Yet they surely have had my $70 since Dec 1st....

Received my order on Jan 2nd. So I believe 31 days from the day I placed it...

I ordered a cosmetic case from them Nov 30- 7pm, according to my email confirmation. It shipped Dec 12 and I STILL have not received my item. It was a Christmas gift and I am now at Jan 7 with no item. Am disgusted by this company. The one lone customer service person is totally unhelpful..just tells you via email to continue waiting, but there is no proof it's coming. Would never order from them again and have warned several people not to do business with them. Am curious if anyone else who placed orders around same time that I did got their orders or not. Shipping is to USA.

This is a terrible company to deal with. Their orders are always late (probably because they come from China.) This is just the beginning of your problems. If their is any problem with the product, their customer service dept. is absolutely horrible as others note on the forum. If you want to deal with a reputable company, you will have to use someone other than ARTSCOW!
