Bleed Area and Not suitable for template

Need to find out what is wrong with my Book Templates so that I can fix them.
Vintage Family Albums one says
Not suitable for template
and the other
Bleeding Area Problem.
I do not see anything wrong with either so is there somewhere to help me in understanding why?..and how to fix..thanks you
