Wondering if I'll ever see my item or my money

Ordered before the deadline, but it is still stuck in processing. The refund policy says it is only good for 30 days after purchase. So if I don't get the product until after the refund deadline I guess I am out over a hundred dollars for Christmas presents! WOW. My error I should have done more checking before I ordered from this horrible company.
Yes, I have emailed customer service! Only to be told that my order is still processing, WHICH I ALREADY KNOW!
How do I get a refund for my order?

So I just did an online chat with Lanie. I asked how to get a refund, and was told they only refund to PayPal! In the process SHE CANCELLED MY ORDER! I did not ask for it to be cancelled, I was just inquiring. I am not opening a PayPal account so that I can get shafted by this company again. WOW.....I am not sure how they stay in business with this business model. Hopefully I will see my blankets before NEXT Christmas.

Sounds like they got you too! They are definitely a horrible company as you note! BE AWARE EVERYONE ELSE, THEY WILL GET YOU JUST LIKE THEY GOT US!!!! USE SOMEONE ELSE!
