Design not suitable for a template

I have recently made a photobook template for both deluxe and regular photobook. I was wondering why my design for the regular photobook (size 6x6, 8x8 and 12x12) was labeled "Not suitable for template" while my design for the deluxe photobook (4x4) was confirmed. All the 4 templates had the same design so I don't understand why the other 3 was not approved. Please advise what is wrong with my design so I can create a more acceptable design next time. Thanks.
