Ridiculous Customer Service Reply

    I ordered two shirts with an all-over print: Womens XL and Mens L
    Unfortunately, they arrived to me as a Women's L and Men's XL.

    I attempted to ask for a correction from customer service and was given the run-around of
    1) "The tags may have been attached incorrectly" My response: Are you kidding me?
    2) "The length across the chest fits into our range for the women's shirt. It is a sport shirt and is means to be tight" My response: I measured 39 inches and the range is 40-42 (hmmm... not quite in the range)
    3) "The length of the mens shirt fits into our range". My response: It measured 44 inches and the Large is supposed to be 42-44 inches... the same sport shirt that is supposed to be "tight".
    4) "We will reprint the shirts and measure them." This actually proved the Shirt size I was sent were wrong, but the customer service person tried to word it so that there was nothing done wrong on their end.

    So since I was getting nowhere with customer service, I "surprised" them and re-ordered the shirts as well.
    And guess what? I was right! The Mens shirt I ordered as a LARGE is considerably smaller than the mens shirt I received as an XL. Why am I not surprised? This company is a joke and I hope the employees sleep soundly at night knowing their jobs are full of lying and trying to pull one over their customers. My teacher salary really appreciates it.

    Good luck.

    The order I recently received was incorrect but no amount of reasoning or proof will help. Worst yet I have a product release next month and thanks to their flub up I have no product(that can be sold). I'm not going to sell my customers a faulty product.

    It's almost like they out of their way and make silly mistakes just so you'll order more stuff.
