Fix Your Mistakes

I love the shoulder and handbags. My customers love the shoulder and handbags.
But they can only buy them when they are printed correctly.
I love the bags but I'm really sick of paying for the bags and then waiting 3 weeks to see they've been printed on the wrong side again. I always double-check my uploads to make sure I'm doing my part. Then I get them in the mail and I see they're printed incorrectly.
This doesn't happen with every order, luckily. But enough where I'm wasting time and money. There truly is NOTHING that can be done about this besides "Artscow has the final say of any dispute"?
I still enjoy the products but what's the point of ordering them if I can't even sell them? How can I grow my own business when I keep losing money because of someone else's mistakes?
Ideas??

Hey Lanie -
Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm sending over pictures today(regular pix and mirror pix) so hopefully they can get it worked out.

As expected:
"We had checked the pictures provided on the bags. The item received is correct and we cannot verify the issue as bag itself can be worn on both sides.
In addition, the position of the zipper in product designer may vary from the actual product so it is not possible to guarantee what is on the front or back."
Then why upload a "front" and "back" if it doesn't matter? Why not just flip a coin? Front is front and back is back. "Not possible to guarantee what is on the front or back"?????
1. Do your job right.
2. If you do not do your job right, fix it.
Guess I'll just have to cross my fingers they get it right until I find someone else do to my bags.
Shameful.

Jupey, thank you for this post.
I must admit I am a bit worried about ordering this type of product given the response you have received. Errors can happen, but the manner in which they are rectified, or not, can make all the difference. I would have preferred a better outcome in your case. Since you mention that the products you ordered are for your business, would you be able to specify the quantity of purses you ordered that arrived incorrect? If you prefer, you can reply in a PM.
Thanks.

Hello Jupey,
I'm sorry to hear your complaint. However, I hope you understand that information of the positioning of the zipper is provided on the description page which we had stated that it is not a guarantee. http://www.artscow.com/photo-gifts/photo-bag/classic-shoulder-handbag-459. If you want the opening of the zipper at a certain side, we advised you to contact us once you placed the order for further assistance.
Furthermore, positioning of the zipper will not affect the design you had submitted as structure on the front and back area of the product is the same.
Thank you.
