received defective goods from artscow and now they are making it a long drawn out battle Reply

    I ordered some glasses clothes on 10-17. Package arrived damaged and was repacked by the post office. In addition the goods inside were defective / damaged. (See attached). Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with customer service. I Told them by live chat to just send out replacement instead they tried to deflect the request and sent me to some email. I was going back and forth 5 or 6 emails with some customer service person named lanie who kept asking me to send more and more proof. Not sure how much more I can say or send proof that the item was defective. I had to escalate the claim to paypal and hope that this company now stands behind their product and takes care of this.

    Good luck!!! I just went through the same crap with them. Their service is absolutely horrible. I got a defective clock from them and would do absolutely nothing about it. They just kept giving me the same shit and refused to stand behind their defective product. They are a scam company that is just ripping people like you and me off. They deserve to go bankrupt.
