Extremely poor product and even worse service!! Reply

    DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ARTSCOW!! I recently bought a wall clock from ARTSCOW. What a piece of junk!! But the service was even worse. The clock lost time from the first day. I thought that it might be bad batteries so I tried putting in new batteries but it did not help a bit. The problem only got worse. Finally I noticed that the second hand was not moving sometimes when it got to the 9. It seemed very obvious that I got a defective clock that within weeks the gears were stripping out. I emailed their customer service office in Texas to talk to them about it. They said that I was essentially S.O.L. because I did not let them know soon enough about the defect. They claim in their return policy that they will replace any defective parts but they told me that you have to do this within 5 days. So their products have a 5 day warranty. If they can limp through five days, you are stuck with them! The service dept. was absolutely terrible!!!! They would not answer any questions, they would simply reply that they could not help me. They refused to even help me try to get the parts (at my cost) to fix their defective product. AGAIN DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ARTSCOW!!!! You will be sorry!

    So sorry you had that problem. I ordered purses 4 years ago and I had a wonderful experience! The products were great and when I had a problem (my fault) they were very helpful.
