Design Templates - text box and template approval

Hi,
I just starting up in Artcow trying to put up some templates. Figured out how to place "Add your photo" placeholder but how to add the text box which can be used as "add your text here" box?
For example fot this messenger bag -

There is "Add your photo" box in a shape of heart and the text box I've added while making the template but stiil gettting : it is " not a template because there is no place for photo and text area"
Please help? Thank you very much :)
